Coming to the Cats

We're getting a South Florida double-header a week before the Panthers unveil their newly redesigned logos and uniforms. First up is what Brian Brideau thinks the club will wear based on the reports we've seen over the past six months.

And as a bonus, here's a cool design from Ryan Christensen — inspired by the panther head from the team's 2009 third jersey. Which do you prefer?

Flames Simplified

Jack Holmes stripped down the Calgary Flames look for this concept — and he absolutely nailed it. If the team is determined not to wear their original sweaters from the '80s, this would be the next best option.

Hurricanes By Hand

Every few weeks I get to share another brilliant hand-drawn sweater concept that's often better than the real-life version. That's true once again as Morgo Uxbridge tackles the Carolina Hurricanes. His wind-tattered storm flags are a nice touch!

Denver to San Antonio

The AHL's San Antonio Rampage picked up a new NHL affiliate in the Avalanche last year but didn't change their colors of uniforms. Jon Cardner reimagines the Rampage with colors adopted from their parent club in Colorado.

Old Time Penn Hockey

The Penguins and Flyers will meet next winter in the NHL Stadium Series so they'll need some special sweaters. I'm actually really impressed by this faux retro set from Ben Shaffer.
