No surprises here, but we got confirmation this morning that the Columbus Blue Jackets will bring back their navy blue cannon-centric third jersey for 2018-19.
The Blue Jackets join the Avalanche in resurrecting their previous alternate uniform in the new Adizero style and cut. The only change is that the name and number font will now match what’s on the primary uniforms — a design that was introduced with Adizero last year.
It’s a great design that fans love so it’s nice to see it return. Not much else to say except the Blue Jackets did announce 12 home dates where the jersey will be worn.
