IceHL Hawaii: Name Selection, Round 3

The IceHL will have a new team in Hawaii next season! Right now, we're deciding what to name it. A bracket that began with 16 possible names has been cut to eight after the first round of polls. By the end of this week, four more will have been cut.

Tikis

Akua

Honu

Koa Warriors

"The Hawaiian Koa warriors were the elite fighters of the islands. Their name originated from the tree they would use to fashion their weapons, the Koa tree." —Legends & Chronicles

The word "koa" also translates as brave, fearless or bold.
