Yeah I see I've now accidentally posted four days worth of black and red concepts. But nevermind that. Today Lucas Daitchman offers up a cool new look for the Ottawa Senators in yet one more example of a concept artist far outpacing the Sens' real-life uniforms.
The post-Lou era New Jersey Devils need an alternate uniform and Avi Stein has a great idea for one! He's resurrected an early but unused Devils logo design for the crest and it works really well.
When the Whalers left Hartford, the folks in charge of designing the new Carolina Hurricanes wanted retain the spirit of the incredible logo Peter Good created. Unfortunately, they did not. And while other concept artists have tried, no one — NO ONE — has ever come close to the brilliance Petter Furå has achieved today.
Dare I say this uniform and logo package is absolute perfection. If the Canes don't call this guy tomorrow to overhaul their look, they should just pack up their skates and go home. I'm that impressed by what he's done! Just incredible work.
