All About Arizona

The Phoenix Coyotes have played their last game under that name. The next time the club takes the ice, we'll be calling them the Arizona Coyotes. The team has no plans to change anything but the PHX shoulder patch, so Justin Cox decided to make some revisions for them.

For the crest, Justin was inspired by some prototype logos the Coyotes considered with their rebrand in 2003.

0654: Dodger Stadium Sketches

Tomorrow, the Ducks and Kings unveil the jerseys they will wear at their 2014 Stadium Series meeting in January. Since more unveilings are likely around the corner, this is Stadium Series Week on the Concepts page!

First up is Justin Cox. His set is not strictly based on recent rumors as much as wishful thinking. What a great looking game this would be if the teams actually wore these uniforms.

Another Justin is next. Justin Wiltron went in an interesting direction. Though it might be a little too retro-themed for the Stadium Series.

Finally, Jake Miller was inspired by the unveiling of the Islanders' Stadium jersey when he designed this one for the Ducks. Think any of these guys are on the right track? We won't have to wait long to find out.

0640: Hello, Colorado!

One of my favorite designers, Justin Cox, is back with an awesome new jersey set for the Colorado Avalanche. Note the captain "C" inspired by the state flag!

0408: Columbus Blue

Um, it was either post this on Freak Out Friday or April Fool's Day. I usually love Justin Cox's work, and while I like this unique take here, I hope it never sees NHL ice.

0327: Coyotes Get Justined

Right, so there weren't as many Justins as I thought. They're just very prolific. That said, we've got more from one of our favorite Justins to continue Justin Week. For the Phoenix Coyotes, Justin Cox has this design, a unique blend of old and new. What do you think?
